Each piece is handmade with care and released in limited quantities and singular pieces. Because of this exclusive nature of our creations, we’re unable to accept returns if you change your mind. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out if you have any questions before ordering — we’re happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of packaging

After review, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Can I request a size adjustment?

Yes. If you need a minor length adjustment, please email us within 5 days of delivery.

If the adjustment is simple, we’re happy to assist.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Because each piece is handmade, major structural changes may not always be possible — but we will always guide you honestly.

Do you offer repairs?

Yes. We offer repairs within 30 days of delivery for any craftsmanship-related issues.

After 30 days, paid repair services may still be available depending on the piece.
