Yes. Every piece at Stones Unturned Studio is completely handmade using traditional macramé techniques. Each knot is tied slowly by hand, making every necklace, bracelet, or earring one-of-a-kind.

Because of this, no two pieces of handmade macramé jewelry will ever be 100% identical — and that’s the beauty of it.

3. Are the stones real?

Yes. We use natural stones, not synthetic replicas. Because they are natural, slight variations in color, inclusions, or texture are part of their authenticity.

Our process is slow-made and small-batch. We do not mass-produce.

While no physical product is 100% impact-free, we consciously choose mindful sourcing, long-lasting materials, and small production cycles to reduce waste and overconsumption.

5. Can I wear my macramé jewelry every day?

Yes — it’s designed for everyday wear.

However, to preserve its longevity:

  • Avoid soaking in water

  • Remove before swimming or showering

  • Store in a dry place when not in use

6. Will the brass tarnish?

Brass may naturally oxidize over time — this is normal. It can be gently polished to restore shine. Some people love the aged look; others prefer to maintain its brightness.

Yes, if you need a specific length or adjustment, feel free to contact us before placing your order. We’re happy to help when possible.

8. Do you “charge” the crystals?

Each piece is made in a calm, intentional space. While we don’t make extreme energy claims, we deeply respect the traditional meanings of crystals and the role they play in personal rituals.

You are always welcome to cleanse or charge your jewelry in your own way — moonlight, sunlight, or intention setting.

9. How do I choose the right crystal?

There is no wrong choice.

You can:

📦 Orders & Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

All pieces are carefully packed and dispatched twice a week — every Monday and Thursday.

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order is ready to ship.

Once your piece is prepared, it will go out on the next scheduled dispatch day (Monday or Thursday).

Because each item is handmade and packed with care, we prioritize quality over rushing daily shipments.

Example:

  • If you place an order on Friday → it will be processed within 2–3 business days and likely ship on Monday or Thursday (whichever comes after processing is complete).

  • If you place an order on Tuesday → it may ship on Thursday or the following Monday depending on processing time.

    How long does delivery take?

    After dispatch:

    • Mumbai: 1–2 business days
    • Metro cities and locations in India: 3–6 business days
    • International: 8 to 15 business days 

    This slower rhythm allows us to pack each order mindfully, reduce waste, and maintain the quality your jewelry deserves.

    Made-to-Order Pieces

    If your piece is made-to-order, please allow 3–5 business days for creation, in addition to shipping time.

    Each knot is tied by hand, made consciously — not factory-produced in bulk — and we believe that time is part of the beauty.

    Shipping Charges will vary with location. Rates will be calculated at checkout.

    You will receive a tracking link via email within 24 hours of dispatch.
